Claudia Bumb is a transformation designer currently based in Hanover (GER), working on the intersection of design, research and systemic thinking. With her work, she sets her focussing on a broader understanding for material streams and the biological, social and geo-political context of the things that shape our world. Aiming to find new applications for materials with an ecologically and socially compatible approach, her interest is to create innovative and unusual links between industries and stakeholders and foster circular economy solutions.
Claudia is open for collaborations and freelance inquiries as a design researcher, information designer and circular design strategist.
Her work Under Water Over Flow has been awarded with the DDC University Award (gold) and the Modepreis Hannover and is part of the touring exhibition USE–LESS.
